MPG Petroleum, Inc.

MPG Petroleum, Inc., founded in August 1985 by Margaret Perales, Geologist (the origin of the company name) specializes in the development of oil and natural gas resources with a sensible approach. Through detailed subsurface mapping and application of technological breakthroughs, such as 3D seismic modeling, MPG seeks to discern by-passed oil and gas reserves that others have missed and produce them.  We also are involved in developing purely exploratory projects, such as the Pearl Prospect, which may lead to the discovery of world-class sized oil reserves.

By these means, MPG Petroleum, Inc. endeavors to contribute to the domestic oil and natural gas supply, while offering excellent financial opportunity to industry partners and private investors. Our intent is to develop long-term relationships through efficiency, expertise and integrity.

Oil and gas investments are and should be considered a high-risk investment area. However, under the current world-market circumstances of ever increasing demand for oil and gas and continually threatened sources, it is probable that high prices will remain so, or continue to increase into the future. Its seems logical, therefore, that a position in your investment planning strategy should be made available for oil and gas well drilling ventures and related services.

MPG Petroleum, Inc. offers a unique opportunity for individual investors, investor groups and oil and gas industry professionals to participate in oil and gas exploration prospects, while mitigating the risk of exploration through a diversified prospect portfolio.  Our prospect portfolio includes Re-Entry Projects where existing wells are returned to production in proven oil and gas fields.

In the near future, Saltwater Disposal Services will be offered to other oil and gas producing companies as a fee related business. Saltwater is produced as a natural by-product of oil and gas production and is required to be disposed of into permitted and regulated wells.  MPG Petroleum, Inc. in the near future also plans to expand its operations into clean and renewable energy resources, such as the generation of electricity through wind farming projects.

On a personal note, I hope that you will find the prospects shown on our “Prospects page ” of interest and that MPG Petroleum, Inc. may be of service to you in the near future. Thank you in advance, for your time spent in review of our website and our projects.

Best,

Margaret P. Graham
